一、用途该系列截止阀是用来接通或截断管路中的介质，启闭件沿阀杆的旋转上下移动，实现开启和关闭，适用于多种公称压力及各种工作温度的石油、化工、电力等系统的设备管道中。二、安装、使用及维护 1、本阀应存放在干燥的仓库里，严禁露天或堆迭存放。 2、长期存放的阀门应定期检查，清除污垢。 3、检查填料压盖是否均匀地压紧填料，应保证填料的密封性和不得妨碍阀杆的转动。 4、安装前应仔细核对使用情况是否与本阀门性能相符。 5、可安装与任何工作位置，但需要注意操作、检修或更换上的方便。 6、截止阀不允许作为调节流量使用，只能作为关闭或开启管路之用，在使用时阀瓣只能全开或全闭。 7、安装时，应使介质的流向与阀体上所指箭头的方向一致。 8、应靠旋转手轮使阀门开启或关闭，不得借助于其他辅助杠杆。 Stop Valves 1. Purpose The series of stop valves are used to connect and stop the mediums in the pipes. The headstock gear moves up and down along with the valve levers so that it can open and close. They apply to the pipes of petroleum, chemical and electrical systems in the nominal pressure and all operating temperatures. 2. Installation, Operating and maintenance (1) The product should be stored in dry storehouses. It can not be put outside or piled up. (2) The valves stored for a long time should be examined and cleaned at regular intervals. (3) Check whether the filling cover tightly presses the fillings and to insure the sealing and at the same time, it can not interfere with the rotation of the valve levers. (4) Check carefully whether the specification of the valves used according with the conditions before the installation. (5) It can be installed at any positions but should be easy for operation, checking and replacement. (6) The stop valves can not be used to adjust the flow of the pipes. It can only be used to close and open the pipes, and it can only be fully opened and closed. (7) While installing, the direction of the medium should be the same as the arrows on the valves. (8) The opening and closing of the valves should be done by turning the handwheel. It cannot be dependant on other auxiliary levers.
