本说明书适用于公称通径DN15mm~1000mm(1/2"-40"),公称压力PN1.0MPa~25.0MPa、ANSI 150Lb-1500Lb、JIS 10K-40K、端部为法兰、对焊、承插焊、螺纹等连接形式,结构为二体式及三体式的固定球或浮动球、操作方式为手动、气动及电动的各类球阀和加长杆球阀。
2 用途
2.1 本球阀可安装于设备或管道上,打开或关闭流道,控制介质流动。
2.2 适用介质取决于阀门的主体材料
2.2.1 碳钢、合金钢阀门适用于水、蒸汽、油品或其它非腐蚀性介质。
2.2.2 不锈钢阀门适用于腐蚀性介质。
2.3 适用温度取决于阀座材料
a、PTFE ?180℃~+200℃
b、PTFE夹玻璃纤维 ?180℃~+200℃
c、PTFE夹碳素纤维 ?180℃~+200℃
d、尼龙 ?75℃~+150℃
e、金属 ?180℃~+425℃
f、PPL ?40℃~+350℃
3 结构说明
3.1 球阀典型结构见图1所示,其基本结构符合定单要求的产品标准规定。根据用户需要,阀门可具有耐火及防静电结构。
3.2 阀门结构长度、连接形式及尺寸均符合定单要求的相应标准规定。
3.3 阀门垫片、填料采用与日本华尔卡产品性能相当的国产优质产品,密封可靠。
4、工作原理
4.1 手动阀门用于扳动手柄、气动阀门由阀门气动装置、电动阀门由阀门电动装置(部分回转型)驱动,使球阀回转90°开启或关闭阀门。顺时针方向旋转90°时关闭,逆时针方向旋转90°为打开。
4.2手动操作阀门当手柄和阀杆顶端的位置标示沟槽平行于阀门通道时,阀门打开,垂直于阀门通道时阀门关闭。
4.3气动或电动操作阀门的打开或关闭,由阀门气动装置或阀门电动装置上的位置指示器来标示。

5 储存、保养、安装、适用及维修
5.1 储存及保养
5.1.1 阀门两端应堵塞,防止尘埃、污物等侵入。
5.1.2 阀门应存放在干燥、通风的室内。
5.1.3 长期存放的阀门应定期检查,清除污垢,并在加工面上涂防锈油。
5.2 安装
5.2.1 安装前应对阀门进行仔细检查,主要检查项目有:
a、检查阀门内腔,特别是检查密封面是否有污物粘污,并检查密封面有否损坏。
b、检查阀杆填料压紧是否合适,应确保填料密封,但有不妨碍阀
杆灵活转动 。
5.2.2 安装时应仔细核对阀门标志是否与使用要求相一致。
5.2.3阀门安装后应检查连接螺栓是否均匀拧紧。
5.2.4 阀门安装的位置应注意操作和维修的便利。
5.2.5 阀门安装后,在系统或管路试压时,应处于全开位置。
5.3 使用
5.3.1 使用中,阀门应全开或全关,不允许部分开启作调节流量用。
5.3.2 手动开启或关闭阀门时,操作人员应注意操作位置和握住手柄的方式,以免启闭件上流体速度分布极不一致、启闭件上的压力产生一个很大的关闭扭距,使阀门快速关闭,手柄突然冲向关闭位置,而引起对操作人员的伤害。
5.3.3手动操作阀门的操作手柄按操作阀门所需开关力距进行设计、制造,用户不得借助辅助杠杆或其它工具来加大开关力距。
5.4 维修
5.4.1 使用中的阀门应定期进行检查、维修,主要项目有:
a、检查密封面的磨损情况。如有损坏,应进行修复或更换。
b、检查垫片、填料有否损坏或失效。如有损坏或失效应及时更换。但不应在带压的情况下更换填料。
c、检查各连接螺栓是否拧紧,手柄连接是否正常。
5.4.2 阀门解体检修装配之后,应进行密封性能试验。试验应按有关标准要求进行,并作详细记录,以备查考。

This specification can be applied to all the ball valves including rod extended ball valves with rating port of DN15mm~1000mm(1/2"-40"), rating pressure of PN1.0MPa~25.0MPa, ANSI 150Lb-1500Lb, JIS 10K-40K, connection of flange, BW, SW and thread, fixed/floated ball with 2/3 parts in structure or manual/pneumatic/electrical operation.
2 Usage
2.1 This ball valve can be installed to any applicable equipments or pipes and used to control the flowage of media by opening or shutting-off the pipes.
2.2 The applicable media relays on the material of the valve.
2.2.1 Valves with carbon steal or alloy steal can be used to water, steam, oil, and other non-corrosive media.
2.2.2 Stainless steal valves can be used to corrosive media.
2.3 The applicable media relays on the material of the valve.

3.1 The structure of the ball valve was illustrated in fig.1 as the fundamental structure accords with the requirements of the order in production specification. The valves can be made with fire protection and static electricity protection structure as the clients’ requirements.
3.2 The structure, length, combination manor and size were all according to the relevant specification of the order.
3.3 The gaskets and filling materials were adopting equivalent domestic products of 华尔卡, Japan with reliable sealing.
